By accessing and using getCallback, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use or access getCallback.

2. Overview

getCallback allows users to define webhook endpoints that can trigger integrations such as Slack and Discord. Examples include triggering a Slack message when someone stars a GitHub repository or creating a contact form on a static website that dispatches a Discord message upon submission.

3. Account and Registration

  • Account Creation: To create an account, users must provide a valid email address and full name. No password is required.
  • Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for creating an account.
  • Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information, including their email security.

4. Pricing and Plans

Free Plan

  • Monthly Payment: $0
  • Yearly Payment: $0
  • Features: 5 endpoints, 100 invocations per 30-day window, 30-day invocation retention

Starter Plan

  • Monthly Payment: $15
  • Yearly Payment: $10
  • Features: 50 endpoints, 1,000 invocations per 30-day window, 90-day invocation retention

Pro Plan

  • Monthly Payment: $50
  • Yearly Payment: $40
  • Features: 100 endpoints, 10,000 invocations per 30-day window, 180-day invocation retention

Payment Terms: Recurring payments are processed via Stripe.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of getCallback.

5. User Conduct

  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not abuse the platform, including creating loops with endpoints or engaging in illegal activities.
  • Content Guidelines: Users must not use getCallback for any illegal activities or inappropriate behavior.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect email addresses and basic information from SSO providers.
  • Data Usage: We comply with GDPR and ensure regular and non-shady use of data.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We share data with BetterStack Logs, Slack for reporting, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, and Turso.tech for the database.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • Termination Policy: We reserve the right to terminate accounts due to suspected abuse or inappropriate behavior.
  • User Termination Rights: Users can request the removal of their account, and all their data will be permanently deleted.
  • Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
  • Termination for Non-Payment: Accounts will be terminated if payment is not received.
  • Termination for Violation: Accounts will be terminated if users violate the Terms of Use.
  • Suspension Policy: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts or endpoints due to suspected abuse or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Liability Limitations: Users must have the rights to set up and use integrations lawfully.
  • Disclaimers: We are not responsible for the actions users take using integrations and endpoints.
  • Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold getCallback harmless from any claims, damages, or losses.
  • Warranties: We do not provide any warranties for the service.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of getCallback.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation administered by [Mediation Association]. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by [Arbitration Association] under its rules.
